Delivery is all about handing something valuable over to your customer. There are loads of different ways you can organise how it gets done. Some people still seem to think that creating a hugely complicated plan for the year ahead and shouting at people to work harder when it goes off track is a modern, healthy and efficient way of organising delivery.
Fortunately anyone with a modicum of common sense will quickly realise that there are much smarter ways of organising delivery, and these are far more inclusive for mental health management.
